As I look at the growth over the years since the inception of Project Know ThySelf International (PKTS) in 2009, I am extremely proud of what we have achieved, and even more excited about our outlook for an equally promising future. We have successfully transitioned from a small group one man show start-up to become a respected organisation, garnering business from across the nation, promoting effective leadership among young people in primary, secondary and tertiary institution and contributing to society.
It is satisfying to know that we are able to empower the youth and help our schools and other related organisations to build the strategic blueprints that enable them to connect and operate pivotal aspects of their life and business more efficiently and economically. Creativity, innovation and ability to critically think is the hallmark by which we measure our performance, and we hold ourselves, as do our clients, to the highest standards of quality.
In this continually evolving world, people are more informed than ever about choices and the importance of humanity. Even so, they continue to select PKTS as their partner of choice because of our experience, commitment to quality and community, creativity, innovation, critical thinking and integrity.
When conveying PKTS successes, I always return to three guiding principles-each of which has helped define who we are today:
Talented People. Among our most important assets is the extensive knowledge base, deep-rooted professionalism and unwavering commitment of our highly qualified, diverse staff. The PKTS staff is at the core of who we are and what we do. From our Engagement Executives to our Subject Matter Experts, and Delivery/Quality Assurance Teams to our Senior Management, the PKTS Team is committed to delivering the highest quality product and providing unparalleled service to individuals, people, the community and our customers.
Community Focus. Simply put, PKTS is committed to the communities in which we provide services. We created the PKTS Curriculum: a solid strategic blueprint for schools that serves as a guide for the use and deployment of creativity, critical thinking and technology-to fortify our vision of a connected and efficient urban community. Through our work with state, governments; educational institutions; sports organisation; skills and acquisition institutions; and healthcare organisations, we are vested both professionally and philanthropically as we continue to assess their needs and work hard to help people identify who they are and the world around them for best practice solutions.
Honest Perspective. As we continue to grow, each new day offers a chance for us to work together, pursue new opportunities and improve upon the past. We establish in-depth relationships with our clients by learning their environments, challenges and goals firsthand, so that we can offer tangible solutions with a candid perspective to life. We continue to manage our business around the evolving needs of people, so that we can be at the forefront of change and deliver value-because value is what their shareholders and constituents demand.

I believe that education is meant to solve societal issues. Poverty is not an excuse so therefore it is essential to understand that if we know our strengths and our weaknesses, we will be able to work hard to devise strategies for a better world with a positive attitude.
Yours sincerely,
Franklin Adjetey,
